Internet Access: With 24/7 internet access, you can view alarm history, manage your contact list and perform a live test right from your computer.
Remote Access: Arm and Disarm your system using your Cellular device.Utilizing the cellular communication option on your system, you can send text commands to your alarm to arm or disarm remotely.
Communication Monitor: We will continuously monitor your connection to the central station. You will be notified if the system fails to communicate one of its regularly scheduled tests.
Opening and Closing Reports: SMI will track your alarm system when it is armed or disarmed, and upon request, we will contact you when a deviation occurs from the schedule that you submit.
Surveillance:
The wide range of surveillance products we offer can be accessed and controlled remotely and are Mobile-Friendly by i-Phone, i-Pad and Droid Platforms.
